Why am I not getting the rewards on Halloween Petopia?

I have not halloween on my user , downloaded game last week , my level now is soon 600 . Is it to early to claim rewards ? Just climb to event 5 , won the race ,and building on map , and won all daily contest … Any tips ?

Hi @staceycob the reward you've pictured is a 'special building' in the game.
The Woodland Lake pictured directly below is one of those rewards, so you must be getting them.
They also include things like the Pet Cemetery, Halloween Ride, Burger shop etc.
Have a look in your quests, one is for placing special buildings, it will tell you how many you already have, here is mine (I've not claimed my reward yet, as I'm saving it until I need it 😊)

I was getting them until I reached level 39. I have not received any since then. This happened during the last Petopia also. I already contacted support and they can't help. Is there only so many special buildings that you can have?

There is only a specific amount, but they start repeating after a while. Can you describe what happens when you get to the end of a level that has a special building? Are you able to screenshot or video what happens?

The question mark box flies down to my booster area and nothing else happens. It just goes on to the next level
