From latest update the game can't load on my phone, Android 14

Pet rescue game is not loading on ipad or iphone just keeps spinning but not opening. I have been through all of the steps suggested in the FAQ updated, reboot, memory, deleted app and reloaded it again, still won’t work please help.

Hiya, unfortunately it is really annoying. I wish players could opt out but it seems we can't.
Which version ios are you playing on and which device?
For those not playing on ios, which device are you using? Have you cleared all temporary storage, deleted any apps etc you do not use, restarted your device?

Good afternoon and welcome. Which device is it you are playing on please? Have you stopped any other apps running in the background and made sure you have cleared as much free space as possible?

Every time there is petopia the game won't open or takes an hour or more to open on Android. Is there anything the techies can do

Often it depends on the device and android seems worse for that with all the games I have ever played. But the older devices or the ones that don't have a lot of memory suffer more.
Can you let me know which device/version it is you use and I will pass it back. I cannot guarentee that it can be solved but the more info the better for them 😊
