i use iPad and iPhone every time I try to load it, it goes to the orenge screen and freezes up ,on both platforms, anybody else having this problem, apple have just gone to iso17.1.1 could this be the problem 😥

If it was so easy to be fixed Jane, it would have been by now. I have an iphone 15 and its fine on it. Which is the issue because some people don't have issues and some people do. Make sure all background apps are closed and you have as much free space as possible. Sometimes rebooting your phone will help too.
Hi and welcome to the community. No, sadly its a common issue. Petopia just seems to cause issues. Make sure all background apps are closed and you have as much free space as you can (at least 2gb in normal circumstances)
I have been having the same issue my tablet is android 10 and my phone android 13 it freezes before and after opening splash screen and sometimes after a level I think it's a problem with Petopia if you need i can take a screen recording video of it as it happens and send it for proof let me know if you need to see it live
pet saga is working on my iPad, but not my Apple iPhone. I have 15 plus. I have contacted Apple, it’s not my iPhone, the problem is in the app itself! Please, fix this issue.

Unfortunately Petopia is causing a lot of issues right now which is affecting the game play. I don't think its likely to be the update to the ios, but just in case, make sure you check your app store to make sure there isn't an update waiting. It might just be that. Even if you have it set to update automatically, the apps don't always.
Petopia will be gone in a few days so if it is still doing it then and you have no updates, come back to us. I apologise for the issues 😕
