I frequently receive an offer of 5 more moves for 9 gold bars or watching an ad. The button to watch an ad does not work. I get this whether I play on the PC or iPhone."

I play on my iPhone, as well as the laptop and the issue is on both.
iPhone15, ios 17.7, Pet Rescue Saga version 3.11.0.0
Toshiba laptop, Google Chrome Version 129.0.6668.101 - I'm sorry but I don't know where/how to find the Pet Rescue Saga version on the laptop.
Since it's happening on two devices, I would think it is a problem with my account ????? Any help is appreciated.
