Le jeu s,ouvre jusqu'Ă "jouer" et plus rien ensuite. Le jeu ne se lance pas.
Candy Crush, Candy Crush Jelly, Candy Crush Soda are all playing absolutely fine no problems with them at all.
@blossom the issue is when not everybody is affected. Mine lags on a couple of games but PRS isn't one of them. So its harder to isolate the issue when some do and some don't. That's why I am asking for devices to see if we can spot a pattern.
I thought you would have but if I hadn't mentioned, you might not have.
Also thank you for reminding me, I need to update my ios lol.

Usual problem when we have petopia, game will not load or is so laggy that it becomes unplayable..
yes done all of those - iphone 11 - iOS 18.0.1
Often it depends on the device and android seems worse for that with all the games I have ever played. But the older devices or the ones that don't have a lot of memory suffer more.
Can you let me know which device/version it is you use and I will pass it back. I cannot guarentee that it can be solved but the more info the better for them đ
Every time there is petopia the game won't open or takes an hour or more to open on Android. Is there anything the techies can do
Good afternoon and welcome. Which device is it you are playing on please? Have you stopped any other apps running in the background and made sure you have cleared as much free space as possible?
Hiya, unfortunately it is really annoying. I wish players could opt out but it seems we can't.
Which version ios are you playing on and which device?
For those not playing on ios, which device are you using? Have you cleared all temporary storage, deleted any apps etc you do not use, restarted your device?
