The first window opens but the game window will not open. What can I do to fix the problem?

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps of logging out, rebooting your device, waiting half an hour before trying again?
If using android, have you also cleared game cache?

Why does my Pet rescue saga game keep freezing on facebook? I have re-started it and cleared all cache, menory etc on laptop.
