Look here. This is a screenshot from two days ago I think.
also Petopia quests It appears I have 13 private buildings so far.
Of course, this is approximately 4 times the city level returns to 1.

Thanks for your reply, any information can help improve Petopia and fix this glitch.
It's good to hear you still get the rewards.I suppose the good thing about the levels going back is that all that changes is the number (back to 1) and you can still earn rewards, may be you'll earn more because you get to collect them all again as you level up?

You may be right but the problem now is the same it started turning into a black screen and taking longer to load so I think I will stop playing any levels because the more I play the worse things will get and I will not be able to enter them
As usual I will have to end the event and delete the game and lose all the boosters 😭
Although I love playing and continuing, unfortunately I have no other choice. 😔

Greetings @Lynette, When I saw this email, I went to the Google store and there was an update a few days ago. I got it and then restarted my phone. I have a Moto G 5g phone. It's had the game on it for a while now. I've had no problems playing the game and with updates. I was waiting for the Christmas version, but no problem. I had so many issue with the Halloween Petopia, I will miss out on the Christmas one. I have the app, I've had it for a while now. You remember when I was going through it with the Halloween. I have no idea why I don't have the Christmas one, but okay, thanks for letting me know.
