I see you're having some trouble with level 8239. I have found a YouTube video where the player was able to pass the level by using no Boosters. Please try to give it a look, it might help you out:

Level 8239 is very difficult because many of the items fall randomly, so you have little control of the board.
Concentrae on getting your metal blocks to the final row to break their glass, and if you are lucky line blasters will fall and help you clear them.
