Why does the game keep glitching and shutting down half way through a level?

For the last few days, it keeps closing down and chucking me off halfway through a level. Why?

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the trouble with the game closing unexpectedly. Could you let me know if you have the Petopia event active in your game? The event can sometimes cause this issue as it’s a bit heavier than the game without it.

To help resolve this, make sure your game and device are updated to the latest versions. Additionally, ensure that you have at least 2GB of free memory on your device, as this can make a big difference. Let me know if the problem persists after trying these steps! 😊
