Hiya, sorry for the delay, I have just got online here.
Yes it does take longer for the Facebook version annoyingly. Something to do with it being harder and having to wait for permissions and things for Facebook to approve I believe. That's why devices get a lot more updates as they are easier.

sadly, iphones and ipads get updates quicker than those who play via laptops/computers so I will just have to wait. I've updated the game but as per usual when a level has had a problem, it takes about 7 days for the update to come through. Had this on a few occasions

I have even gone to the King.com site and opened it via facebook from there and it doesn't load with the update on my laptop, it's still asking for 65.

I've cleared history, cache, cookies, etc, a few times. I've even opened Pet Rescue by going to King.com site and clicking to play Pet Rescue via facebook from there but it is still asking for 65 diamonds.

One thing they asked me to ask, can you play via the windows app? As that will be updated as long as you have windows 10 or 11.

Lady_Choo, please don't laugh but I have no idea about apps, etc. My laptop was set up for me to access emails/facebook so I can keep in touch with others and as I don't get regular visitors, I have nobody to ask right now and cannot afford to get anyone in to look into this for me at the moment. I love playing Pet Rescue Saga so will wait for it to be sorted.

I would never laugh! Mr Choo is technology illiterate too and he wouldn't have a clue either! Passwords on websites when they ask for second layer protection (like a code or something to your email) is his biggest peeve. I am glad he stopped using his computer and just uses his tablet.
At some point if you get anyone that can sort it for you, it would be better but I understand why you can't right now 🤗
