I've up dated and uninstalled the game and still can not buy from the store.
I've done everything you suggested and still nothing I'm on a Samsung tab a. Everything is OK then after the 1 tap buy I get a blank as in the pic. Thank you

Otherwise it's great if you can tell us what device and platform (Android, iOS etc) you're playing on, as well as your Player ID!
For your problem I'd recommend checking that you have a stable internet connection, and I would also restart the device and make sure that besides the game, that you don't have any updates for the device it self as well.
