Why am I not getting any new games? I did not get the christmas petopia and always random levels?

I always get the same games in mystery mountain,and I did not get the christmas petopia. And it's always random levels. Is that happening with anyone else?

Hello there,
I understand you're missing some events and I'll provide you with more details on this.
Please note that special events like these are bonus features in the game, therefore not designed to be available for everyone at the same time.
There's a really simple reason to that: to help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio need to thoroughly check how everything is working during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
As features come and go to make the game more interesting, it's possible not to see the same elements as other players or they’ll not see something you have.
Rest assured I will pass your feedback on to our Designers back at the Studio, but in the meantime, be sure to keep your app updated, and you’ll have loads of adventures ahead!

Hi @queenemma what device are you playing on?
If you play via an app you sometimes need to manually update your game (it is not always automatic)
Have a look in your app store - if you need an update you will see a button that says 'update'
(Do not reinstall!)
