It is possible. The butterflies become active when the locked silver blocks that have numbers on them go to zero. You can use the key at the bottom to unlock the blocks once numbers are gone. There is also a video you can watch on You Tube that will help you. Just Google pet rescue level 8383 to watch it. Hope this helps.
