So I used my boosters to pass level 8304 and still didn't get 3 stars
Any star is a pass! At some point if enough players complain I am sure they will change it and then hopefully, you will get all the stars.

Yes I know this but they're probably going to fix the level soon since it's impossible without boosters and not going to reimburse anything so I would just think they could at least give 3 stars
That is not unusual. I have used extra moves and boosters to win and still not get 3 stars. Winning does not guarantee you 3 stars.
