Can someone please explain to me why all the King games like Candy Crush, Farm Heroes etc are working just fine but pet rescue is moving so slow it takes forever to get the booster!

However as regards your game, I need to know which device you are using and the operating system and version, and the game app version you have, so we can start with some troubleshooting.
I have been having trouble getting into Pet Rescue and then it takes a long time to load. What is going on? Did we ever get an answer on that? Also give me back Mystery Mountain.

@Lynette has country temps above 45 degrees right now and a computer that doesn't like working when its warm let alone hot. So she hasn't been able to be here so much 🥵. I remember when we discussed it you had tried all the troubleshooting..but as its not everyone it makes it harder to diagnose. However I will ask the team again if they can think of any other solutions (or if they have had a lot of complaints) 🤗

Lynette, I responded to you days ago & my game takes at least a minute if not longer to load between levels. I am playing on a fairly new laptop & I have version 3.13.2.0 from Microsoft. I'm happy yours is working right!!

Yep! Just played Xmas Petopia it wasn't as messed up as the Halloween petopia, I thought it was just me being a button pusher,I even ended up uninstalling Pet rescue cleaned the junk file then installed it again, got a hellava shock when it took me back to level one 💥just as well I had saved My levels when I uninstalled it🙏
