Also can I have your laptop specs, windows version. Do you have many boosters? If not (and you are logged in because of progress) have you tried reinstalling? Please forgive me, if you said, I have missed it going back over it. I am asking the team but when they come back and ask this, at least I will have the answers. Also could we have your player ID so they can look at your account to see if there is anything there that could be causing it 🤗

and also I've been asked if it's possible if you can do a screen recording of it taking forever. The studio work better with visuals. Then we can pass it on.

I am not quite sure what you mean? Is yours still slow? If so, can you add a screen recording of it being slow?

now it's faster but not completely on my wife's phone it's not slow at all her phone doesn't have a Samsung 14 and the android version

My phone is Oppo brand 14 and the latest version of Android is working.

ok so hers is Samsung 14? Is that the a14 as there is no other 14? Which android version? It's likely the phone that is making her game slow as it's a less powerful phone. It has less processing speed and less memory which will make a difference. But we can check.
