why does Pet Rescue Saga keep telling me I have duplicate tabs open, ruining my game play?

I saw others with the same issue and my computer is up to date and have more than enough gigs. Is it an issue with King games for Facebook?

Hi there,

This is a facebook specific problem.
 Sometimes facebook detects any other facebook occurance (including messages or notifications) as facebook/the game being open. 😕

Try keeping any other facebook things like messages and notifications closed or turned off while you play.

Or, use an app version of the game. You can download the app onto your computer from the microsoft store or play the game on a mobile device.
