Buying lives and accessories

I just again for probably the 10th time paid for

find extra lives it took my money and then when it took me back to the game it said level failed and I didn't get to play it after paying for it and I don't have the extra lives either I have written to the company and I'm getting really pissed about this because I spend money and I don't get what I'm paying for

I would advise that you reply back to the email you should have had acknowledging your request as we cannot help here with issues like that. Don't send a new ticket, just a reply and hopefully they will get back to you soon. I am assumug you sent a message via the player support centre?
