I contacted them again this morning! No time for when it will be corrected. Like you I am not playing the new levels and losing gold bars. I didn’t get any freebies like you did!😀
omg. You guys are the best. I thought it was just me. Thank you for contacting support. I can’t wait until it gets fixed. I was in such a roll!!!!! And now I’m Just sitting here using up all my money to buy only a few gold bars. :(

I contacted them again… They gave me 15 free gold bars and 2 hours of free lives… I'm not going to beat levels and throw away gold bars when I beat them… They say it's a wide spread issue, blah, blah, blah… Still doesn't say when it'll be fixed!!!
And now another day and it’s still not corrected! I don’t understand how part of the bank is working and one is not. You can still buy boosters/ gold bars but the Piggy Bank will not work! It’s so aggravating!
I contacted them too… They said there aware, but, yet they haven't fixed it yet!!! Hopefully soon…

I just heard from them. They say many are experiencing the same problem and they are aware of it. Their tech support is working on it. No time for when it might be corrected.
Same here I’ve contacted support the last 2 days but no help. The bank is working. I can buy boosters and gold bars but I can’t access the Piggy Bank. With these hard infuriating levels I depend on those gold bars. It stinks that you can’t get an answer from them.
