Problem with my animals in Petopia (EDITED BY CM: Investigating)

Hi all, does anyone have the problem that when you complete a level and it takes you back to petopia, you see that am animal wants to do an activity, but you're given a building to hold and one you do it, you lose the animal activity? This happens to me all the time! It never happened during the last event. But the fact that is happening means I can't get my rewards ☹️ any thoughts on how to fix? Thank you!

It's always happened even in previous Petopias. Usually you can find that same Pet afterwards, but sometimes they do vanish 😓

I have had that problem with the pets.
One thing I have noticed that when I do get a pet they only give me coins , no hearts which is very annoying ☹️

i am having the very same problem. Also… all I get is coins and no hearts. What’s going on? I’m really sad that my ogliggy bank won’t give be gold bars. I can’t give my pets the activity they are asking for. And I cannot collect my rewards after I go through the hard levels. Is everything ok lover there? This was my favorite game for over 10 years!!!! Ow I am getting disheartened.

Yes I remember it would happen in the previous Petopias, but as you say, you can find them afterward! Now, no matter how quickly I select my building and get back to my pets, they're always gone. And I see people also saying they only give coins and no hearts. I have gotten coins and some boosts, but I also find that I don't get hearts when I give my pet the activity they want (when I get the chance to, which is rare). I wonder if there's something glitchy??

Me too! I love the Petopia events, and it makes me sad I can't take full advantage of them 😞
