Lynette is there away to save my rewards and not lose them?

@Lynette My game is not opening and so I tried on another phone. It didn't start this until Petopia. I have plenty of memory and storage. I checked. My phone also checked to see. It's not storage, memory or phone trouble. It never did this before. I don't want to lose the reward of vegetables and fruits I gathered. Lynette I'm taking a screenshot of the last gathering I did. If I can't open the game over the weekend, can I still receive my rewards? Let me know.

 @Lynette  I'm having a problem with my Petopia, nothing like this before. I just started not being able to open the game now. I have one phone that I play on, Moto. I've never seen the game hang up like this. I went on Youtube and saw them say restart phone, clear data and cache. If I had known it would clear out all my reward of the fruits and vegetables, I wouldn't have done it. I'm now back in the game and it is now not opening again. I don't want to lose all my rewards, is anyone else having trouble with your game opening?
