I have asked for support for a few days and just been ignored
Some levels can definitely be a challenge! I’ve just checked Level 8143 on our end, and it appears to be working as intended.
In the meantime, one of our moderators has created a helpful video that might give you some tips to get through it.

I’m still having problems with 8143 every time I’ve nearly finished the game I get a a number 5 and I only have 4 lives left there must be some error there
