Weather Alert getting stuck on level or disappearing on King.com

i got to level 5 of weather alert but it wouldn't open. i refreshed and then weather alert was no longer available.

Hi guys!

I have reported these issues with the Weather alert on King.com to the Game Studio. I will post an update about this as soon as I have any news.

If you also play on Facebook or on mobile, then please head over to that platform since the issue seem to be only on the King site.

Same problem again, can not call up level 3.

Is the development team actually working on this as it is seems to be the same issue over and over.

It seems this is an ongoing issue. I first reported it in early March.

Issues last Monday and again today. Today I was able to complete the first two levels but cannot call up level 3.

Hi. I meet a great problem with the new games in Pet Rescue Saga since a month. Every Monday, I begin the game. I appreciate the new games. But even after I win a level, i can't go further. Sometimes, it's at level 5, or 8. This morning, it's after level 2! And il I go out the space of the monday game, The little logo disappear for alle the week. What happens? When this bug will be disappear? I'm not the only one in this case, because I saw that all others palyers are at the same level. Excuse me fort my bad English, I'm French. Thanks a lot for your answer. Kind regards

My weather alert has stopped working . I can't progress to level 6!

Oh no! That doesn't sound petacular.

We will check what is going wrong with the Weather Alert event, but it will most likely not get fixed until the event has ended I'm afraid.

I have the exact issue.

I found that I was able to get past level 5 by using my Android tablet. I still could not pass level 5 on my PC @ King.Com but could using the app on my tablet.

I want to use my PC so I hope this helps the development team fix the issues we have been experiencing.

Still stuck trying to get to level 5 yet noticed that a couple of people have passed it.

Is it because I cannot reach 50000 points on level 4, even though I have got rid of all the blocks.

Even after several attempts it would appear impossible to reach that amount of points.

Glad to hear others are seeing the same issue. It's issues like this that makes you lose interest in the game.

Am having same problem with weather alert. Have made it to level 5 but cannot access. Also the alert itself does not always show up when you open the game, seems to be quite random.

Crappy Pet Rescue Weather Alert! For the past month or so it's been stuck on some level. Clicking on the next level doesn't open it. This week April 8 it's Level 5.

Well, here we go again. I was able to complete 9 of the 10 levels before the Weather Alert challenge disappeared. After completing level 9 I clicked on level 10 and nothing happened. I refreshed my browser window and the weather alert disappeared.

This has been going on for a month now. Is there any word from the development team?

I will not be spending any more money on this game until it's fixed.

Hi MarkHawk and thanks for the reply. I'm going to assume I was one of the percentage of players who could see the game since I did manage to complete three levels before it disappeared on level 4. Then later that same day it reappeared and I was able to complete through level 8.

After completing level 8, level 9 was highlighted and when I clicked on it nothing happened. I tried this several times and then refreshed the browser page. When I did this the game disappeared again.

Later, the game reappeared and once again I was unable to pull up level 9. However, I could go back and replay any of the first 8 levels. Refreshed the browser and the game disappeared again.

I hope the additional detail will help the game studio.

Hi Kat-6! This has been escalated to the game studio. It might be possible that you can't see the event as it is only available to a percentage of players. I'll update byou guys once I know more.

It seems it is account related. I tried another browser and no joy. I'm playing on a PC at King.com. Another person was able to log in on my PC and they have the Weather Alert in their account so it appears it's just me.

Can’t get extra moves or bonus with adverts
Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
