I am on level 6511 and I have multiple moves left and it keeps saying level failed

It sounds like that despite having moves left you are running out of combinations on the board that you can click on to remove,  or you have let a virus block multiply onto one of the 8 green blocks you need to collect. Once there are no longer 8 of them you have instantly failed.

In Level 6511 is difficult to keep all the green blocks if you let the glass break off them too soon. See the example below, I hope it helps you see what to do?
