I have plenty of storage space on my Moto g5 2024 phone. It has never crashed until the Spring Petopia. I read what you said about making sure there is plenty of space, it is plenty of space, since it has never crashed before. I turned on wifi even though I didn't need to use it. I restarted my phone over and over again. I did cleared cache / data. I wish I hadn't, it cleared all my progress with the vegetables / fruit. I missed out on a lot of points. I didn't know it would do that, I hadn't read what you said until today. I thought it would work, the game is still siting on the King logo, it doesn't open. After a while it will come back with close app. I'm sending a screenshot. My question is why now, it never did this before. I haven't changed phones, it never crashed or wouldn't open until now. It always opened.

I'm sorry to hear that your app is not loading and that clearing the cache removed your progress with the vegetables and fruit.
Please also try and update your game app, as well as your Android system software:

I already knew this was going to be said. Most people already know to update anything that needs to be updated. My phone stays updated, the system stays updated. It's on auto update, I don't have to update, it does it itself. I have plenty of storage and space on the phone. I don't have a lot on there so it will run smoothly. I don't have other games, other apps to take up room. It was working fine before the Spring Petopia came on the game. I've never had any problems with the game loading or not opening.
