Have played for years and have passed level 7800 but now cannot log in. Have logged in and out-deleted and reinstall app etc… still nothing have lost my streak and am missing out on Petopia with rewards.
Thanks @Melnstu. Can you please confirm what device you have(make and model) Also what is your device's OS and game app version( you can locate this in your app store).
I click on the screen to PLAY and it goes to the orange screen with King displayed…it then freezes and nothing happens…
