Why am I not getting my rewards
Hi @CORRIE60 and @Marie-18 The non-rewards after a special challenge level is a current known glitch 😕 The game makers are looking into this problem. Hopefully it can be fixed soon!
I am also not getting rewards when I win the special challenge round. Have won at least 4 times and no rewards.
I am not getting my rewards either in pet rescue saga when I win a game. This is happening when it states I will get an extra reward for winning. This has been happening for the last few days.
I don't have a screen shot or video it was with pettopia that I didn't receive my rewards

I'm sorry you're not getting your rewards. Could you please give me more details about it? Does this happen with all events/challenges? Or just one in particular?
Do you see any error messages? Does the game freeze or crash?

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??
I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited. Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
