How do I level up. It says I am on level 3, but actually on level 8.
Hi @Sooty are you asking about the fact you are at Level 3 in the Community? If so, Community levels differ from your game level.

Hey there! I hope you're doing well.
It could be that your avatar is stuck on the wrong level.
Could you please go to the level where your profile photo is stuck and pass it again by winning at least one star.
Once it is finished, close the application and reopen it. This should then take you back to the correct level and you will no longer have to slide the map!

When the game loaded a pop up came up and said I’d won a reward of some boosters, it was followed with another pop-up saying I had won on 20 gold bars. I pressed claim for both but didn’t receive. Anybody know anything about these??

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
