why won't board 8716 release the fourth pet?

The Pets are easy to get in Level 8716, it just takes time to slide them all over to be saved.
The actual problem with Level 8716 is the usual - not enough moves! Please pass this on 🙂
Hi @czyates3 the fourth Pet is easy to get. Look at the pipes on the top of the board, these always indicate where pets fall, note which column does not have a Pet yet and work on it. Make a stack of locked blocks for the pet to land on, then it will come.

I understand that level 8716 is looking very difficult to pass and after having a thorough look at the level myself, I agree that while challenging levels are a large part of the fun of the game, this particular level may need some additional attention from our developers.
I have forwarded your helpful feedback regarding this level's difficulty to our developers, who will now go ahead and see what potential adjustments they can make to this level. Should any changes be made, you will see them in your game within 1-2 days, so if you have not found a way to pass the level by that point, simply be on the lookout for new Updates that may adjust the level's difficulty.
