lives and helping friends.

Question

I haven't recieve lives from friends in months. I used to get 2 or 3. Also, not being able to help friends or get help when stuck on a level. Did something change??

Hi there, and welcome to the Community! 🤗

Please allow me to explain the situation further.

The friends list for this game is not made by us, we suggest you a list from which you can add up to 20 friends, this list is composed for each player depending on: current members in the Club, Facebook friends (if you are connected via Facebook and have friends who are actively playing) and players around the same level in the game.

I'd also like to inform you that you can only send one life to a friend every 12 hours and can only claim one life if you do not have more lives. I suggest you to review your friends list and take your time to add more friends that are playing actively, whether they are friends on Facebook or in the game.

Once you've added some friends (remember: you can only add up to 20!), go to the friends tab, just at the bottom, next to the main page that shows your map. Here you will see the friends that have accepted (or not) your request. If any of them has accepted your request, now you'll be able to request lives!
