I have been unable to load the game since the middle of the last Petopia. This happens on my iPhone and android tablet. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that doesn’t help. Please help.
Hi @MTay04, thanks for the details and screenshot. It looks like both of your devices are on the latest game app version and it is really weird that it is happening across two different devices.
To confirm on your iPhone it does finally work correct? Since when has this started occurring?
Also after completiting reinstalling the game app do you see any changes for the Android tablet, can you please reinstall again and also confirm the OS version for this device.

it seems I can get into the game on my iPhone after all but it takes an incredibly long time. The app version is 4.3.3.0 and my iPhone is running on IOS 18.5
The app on my android tablet is running version 4.4.0.0 and the. Station number is attached as a screenshot. When I log in on the tablet, I can get past the first stage and click on Play. After that it just gets stuck on the orange screen and the wheel doesn’t even turn to indicate it’s trying to load. Screenshot attached. Thank you for your help.
Hi @MTay04 and I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your game loading.
Could you please be so kind as to confirm your game version on each device (you can check this on the play store/ Appstore by searching the game name) and also the OS version from your devices.
If you can include a screenshot of the loading issue, it would also really help. Thanks!
