Sorry for the delay in answering @KristieC It sounds like you might have had a temporary dis-connect, which is why it came back when you reinstalled. If something similar happens again, instead of reinstalling (where you loose any boosters you might have) try logging out then back in again to re-establish your connection. I've noticed that loss of connection happens a lot if you are using facebook to log in/save your game. It's often a facebook problem rather than your internet š
I ended up uninstalling & then reinstalled & I got it this time. Not sure how long it will stay but I have it for now.

Iāve never had it! Iāve got Mystery Mountain this week but itās not worth having. Thereās one game on the 5th level that enough pets donāt fall. Iāve lost several times using gold bars and boosters. Then have to start back to level 1 of that group. So Iām pretty much done for this week. Iām not buying anything else. Sick of it!

I am at level 3607 in Pet Rescue Saga. While playing, I watched all rewarded video ads offered for extra moves, but the ads were not credited. I then accepted an offer to use 9 gold bars, which were deducted, but I received fewer moves than promised and a message stating the ads were not fully watched. After closing theā¦

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
