When I try and play this level, the game crashes. Tried everything! I can play any level before this one, has anyone else experienced this?

I think they have resolved the problem because it says random level now.

go to App Store, choose Pet rescue and click on Update on de top right side.
Hope you can go on playing again.

Agree, however I see that for some it isn’t the case. With respect I’m not losing all my boosters, been there and done that. This game has become very tiresome.

I did exactly the same. I completed all levels up to 8996 then it showed Random Level. I opened Pet Rescue again and it's gone back to 8983.
Exactly the same has happened to me. I even passed all the levels again and it's gone back to 8983 again :-(
Me too.first time it said there is a bug and clear cache but still doesn't work. Needs to be fixed at source

I have finished the 15 new levels this afternoon on my laptop but when I opened pet rescue again it looks like I'm back to level 8983 which I already finished. What is going on?!!!😡 How about all the boosters and gold that I used on those levels? This is very maddening!

Yep, same here. This game used to be the best, but now I can never count on anything from week to week. Mystery Mountain appears every other Friday, if I'm lucky. New levels are also hit or miss each week. Now I can't even play the newest level. Crazy...
