What is going on with the State Farm ad? The game freezes every time it pops up. I’m losing my streak because I try for another life and I get that ad. It’s been happening for a few days. Please fix it!

I’ve been having this issue for about a week. It is the only ad I receive now. I’m in the US and get at all times during the day.
I was at level 9000-ish but in trying to log in I somehow lost my account and am back to level 1. 😡
please check all ads before allowing them t be used in your games. Those that don’t work are frustrating to your users and I’m sure frustrating to your vendors as well. The State Farm ad should be removed.

I have been having the same problem ! There is no ability to close the ad. I’ve played the game and let it sit open for several minutes. There is no X or Reward to use. I’m at level 9027. This is image after you select a player and the game plays for 30 seconds. No escape except to close game.
This is what opens to start. Looks like I’m not seeing full screen as it seems there are more players that are lower.
