Why was my 50 gold bars claim denied? I was using my phone;
I got the same message, so frustrating.
i grew the pet and didn’t get my 50 gold bars!!
I was awarded 50 gold bars, but I did not receive them. The message said I received them on another device but I didn’t. What happened to them?
I always do the 50 free thing it said I claim on another device?

How do I get them
I have completed the Pet Rescue challenge to receive 50 gold bars after collecting red squares. It has come up saying I received them on another device which I do not have and my iPad is the only place I play. Can this be checked out, please.
I have been a big fan of this game but I won’t be playing in the future if it does things like this!
I completed the red blocks quest quest yesterday but the game said my claim had failed for the reward! This had cost me money to complete so I’m seriously disappointed

Not fair at all. After almost 10 years of playing, after passing nearly 10000 levels, you robbed me out of my fair and square earned gold. And, by the way, this is not first time, this has happened before, in several ocasiones but now the cup is full. Give me back my gold or lose one of youre veteran players, which ever suits you best.

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
