It did it to me too 15 bars taken says I already collected them but its mt first lig in and my bar count is 0. It should br 15. Ive been playing for over 10 years.
Ich auch nicht 😡😡 es macht auch langsam kein Spaß mehr,es ist auch überhaupt nicht fair. Nach fast 6 Jahren Spielzeit und fast 10.000 Levels so viel Geld in das Spiel schon rein gesteckt, habt ihr mich um mein ehrlich verdientes Gold gebracht. Übrigens, das ist nicht das erste Mal, das ist schon öfter passiert, aber jetzt ist der Becher voll. Gebt mir mein Gold zurück oder verliert einen eurer erfahrenen Spieler, ganz wie es euch passt.
But why don't you guys ever give us anything to show us appreciation for our patience? I am sure collectively we all spending enough money for you guys to at least give up some gold bars or a life or booster or something because these patients going to run out

I bet they will give you nothing for it. They will fix it after enough board people spend money and announce that it has been corrected
I completed this today and it would not give me my gold bars.
Game wouldn't give me my 50 gold bars 2 days ago. It let me replay the mission, I completed it today and again it won't give me my gold bars! I am beyond mad! I want you to make it right and give me my gold bars!
Same for me... and also not the first time. So disappointed. Considering deleting all King games... there are lots to choose from if King won't make it right

Where do I file a complaint for missing gold bars
I completed the challenge for gold bars and was not awarded the bars. The message was that they were collected in another device. You need to fix this. I used many of my saved tools!
My 50 gold bars claim failed. How do I get them? This game has cheated me out of a lot of rewards. How do I fix this? Or… do I just stop playig?
Not the end of the world, but a bit deflating after the time devoted to the endeavour.
I just spent 3 days earning food for my pet by collecting red blocks. I got to 50 and the pet trundled off in the car. I tried to claim the 50 gold ingots and it said refused, already claimed on another device! I had not been near another device in the few seconds between winning and trying to claim the award. Sort it out please.
I did report this before but it now says the page can’t be found! I completed the count for 50 gold bars which were not received and told it had been claimed on another device! I only have this game on my iPad,!!

I was getting daily bonus on pet rescue and now I am not. I found it very helpful and miss not getting it and do not understand why it just stopped showing up. I have been playing the game for quite some time and enjoy it.
