how can I fix the State Farm gamehacker ad ? For two weekends I haven’t been able to play right. Have to restart to finish playing the game

Why can't I access the pet rescue saga town? When I downloaded the app it says it has it and everybody else that has the game has it but I can't seem to get it to pop up at all
