I had just won my Gold bars and attempted to claim them when it told me I already claimed it on another device. Which I DIDN'T do. Please provide my Gold bars. Thank you

Was the denied good bars issue ever fixed? I missed mine, but thought it was being worked on, based on message from help center
I was also told the bars had been collected on another device
They never fix any issue when rewards are not given
I expect they will say the usual thing like they are working on it or to restart the app or clear cache and say it's an us problem rather than give the rewards out
Same here yesterday, I earned 15 Gold bars, said exactly the same thing to me too

And to add myself to the list 50 gold bars not awarded what is the point of attempting challenges if the awards fail?
Myself didnt recieve 50 gold bars on the last event. You get them on. Still waiting now
