There is a current glitch with the previous 1,2,3, Grow event!
No one is receiving their game rewards - instead it gives a message saying you've already got them on another device 😕
This message will also appear if you play the game more than once within the few days it is on, and this time it did seem to re-start for many players!
The current advice is to contact support from within your game (the 'help button under the settings gear wheel)

Personally, I think that because so many players are having this problem they may not able to answer everyone promptly as a lot of you are also reporting no answers!
⭐️ Please be patient, the game makers are aware of the problem of the rewards not being received and working on a fix.
I am hoping that by next week's event all will be back to 'normal'
