I have tried to purchase the special deal that is offered for $4.99 but when I click to purchase it does nothing. Can anyone help? I can't purchase gold blocks either.

What device are you playing on? I play on my IPad. I just turn my device off and wait a few seconds and the turn it back on. If you are using and Android and not Apple I’m not sure.
How do I reboot without it starting over?
The only thing I can tell you is to reboot your game. I have to do that every week to get the new levels. I have not had the problem of purchasing the $4.99 special but that would be the first step I would take if I do. If that doesn’t work contact support directly by email.
