Why am I not moving forward and other members of my team are? I've been on this level at least two weeks.

so I have completed all the levels, all of my 1000 pets have hats, all the been placed, etc., etc. There’s nothing else left for me to do except for open up these treasure , but I am not getting pickaxes! Is the issues with pet rescue saga will not open on Windows 11 or the ipad ap ever going to be fixed. Lost so many rewards that considering giving up on the game entirely
