Hi, it is possible to complete this level. A solution was previously provided by another player who has also demonstrated it in a video on you tube. What you need to do is keep 8 diamonds on your screen and the windmills/pin wheels will appear. Use the generated blaster booster to stop the balloons from clearing the coloured blocks and stop the diamonds from being collected too quickly (until you see the 3 windmills).

On level 9126, the pinwheels have not dropped even though all other collections have been collected. Used all moves, plus additional ones. Is it the game?

This 9468 isn't that hard to play. I just need the pets. The two videos on youtube, the pets are there. That is my only issue. I've watched them multiple times. What more can I do?
