The mistery mountain doesn't work at. all. Same happened with lottery tickets, i couldn't access it. Does anyone know about this?

I think it was a mistake since during Petopia we only get a Mountain every other week. They seem to have more issues than any game I play on the internet.
I have IOS and it’s frozen on mine. I rebooted and now it has completely disappeared.

also been stuck on level 9128 for days, used so many boosters and still stuck, but I’m refusing to buy gold bars for extra lives.
What in the world? Is this a cruel joke? It shows a mountain but doesn't work!!! Any explanation?

Since last Monday I have been unable to add 5 extra moves by watching ads. I have been playing Pet Rescue for years and have always been able to watch ads for extra moves or extra bonus. Can only use gold bars. Why is this? Can I not have adverts for extra moves reinstated please
