I've managed to finish this level with five extra moves and a column blaster.
Make sure the two steel blocks are at the bottom otherwise the pets don't drop.
Yes, I’m having the same problem with game 9160. Even Skillgaming hasn’t cracked it yet!! Needs a quick fix!
And yet another problem with this game. This is getting very, very tedious to say the least. FIX this mess!

I’m finding the same, no matter how many times I play the level, the last 2 pets don’t come down, even with heaps of moves left 😞
It is extremely hard but all pets are there. I had to use goldbars and boosters and also buy extra moves.
I can’t get it to drop a single pet.
