what is happening with pet rescue, its been over a week now that we havent been able to play daily challenge, critter carnival or weather alert……are you up dating the site.??????

I didn't update it, I played another game and it still didn't work. I waited and then someone came on and sent me a message that they just played it and it worked fine. I went back and played it, it worked. Thanks

Hi @Peanut7139 this glitch was fixed in Level 9081. Update your game and that should fix it.
I wondered the same thing when the challenges didn't work.
Greetings Lynette, I didn't know how else to reach out to you or anyone who helps with this game. I scrolled around and saw a previous post about game 9081, I read to see if I was the only one having this problem. The other post let me know I wasn't. I've wasted a lot of boosters thinking it was me. I then came on after so long of not seeing the last 4 diamonds drop. I'm not the first, there was a previous post before I came on here for help. I try not to because I know people are busy, I also don't get responses back when I come on here to ask for help sometimes. I can't move on because my game as others before, won't drop the last 4 diamonds. Please let me know what I can do? Thanks
Apps don't work if you have have lower than Windows 10, so my playing Pet Rescue Saga is over and all the Money I have spent over the years because of my frustration/addiction to beating Levels has been wasted. Shame on King.Games and their powers that be, I am disgusted at how I and others like me have been treated and left in the dark for over two weeks.
There is no need to swamp the customer service workers with more posts, King know there is a problem and are working on it, as written in this post linked below (note it is at the top of every page in the Pet Rescue section!)
