@Norney the diamonds have to be out of their glass, not just in the columns. The Pets will fall immediately you make room in the column - but the diamond must be out of it's glass and it's timer still going!The difficult part is getting Pets in the columns before the diamond vanishes.

All day ! Not enough pets with diamonds are there !!!!!

Hi @mrfgjf in order for the Pets to drop there must be a diamond (out of it's glass case) in their column.
This means you need to make them fall before the timers run out!
I found that using the in game balloons a lot helped get them falling (but only while there were diamonds)

All of a sudden the option to use gold bars to continue a level is just GONE! I was getting massive amount of moves I could purchase w/ bars but now the option does not come up.
