why does it say claim failed for weeks now when try to claim pet?

It sounds like this has become stuck in your game.

Try looking in your app store and see if there is a game update you can do to re-set the game.

when i finish a level it says Grow a pet  5/50 and  claim in a box. Then when i press claim it says claim failed try again later! This has been the same for weeks.

Hi @Carole1436  it might be the translation, but I'm not sure what you mean by "claim a Pet" ?

Can you explain further, for example what part of the game is this in?
