I DONT UNDERSTAND!!!

I cannot play my Desktop version OR my mobile version !!! It barely gets to log in, then, nada nada…I tried to refresh (Everything!) I tried cleaning out stuff. I uninstalled/installed. And then when I did that, it started me all over to the beginning!!!

Well, I still have to log out to get into the game, but…i haven't figured that out yet !

Hi! I managed to fix it ! First, I went into the file for the App. Went to Repair. Didn't fix. Then went to reset to just remove data, which set me back to level 1, then I ended up re- installing…and yes, I was at level 1, BUT I logged into the Facebook Pet Rescue and played the regular game, got out of that, went back to Desktop version, played level 1, and I think level 2, then it all went back to my level I was at on Facebook…now I just need to work on the app on my phone…yay me !!😁

More pickaxes after everything is complete completed!
so I have completed all the levels, all of my 1000 pets have hats, all the been placed, etc., etc. There’s nothing else left for me to do except for open up these treasure , but I am not getting pickaxes! Is the issues with pet rescue saga will not open on Windows 11 or the ipad ap ever going to be fixed. Lost so many rewards that considering giving up on the game entirely
