I don't understand why I can't watch videos to get extra moves anymore, and I can't get free boosters either, and level 9219 is very difficult.

I finally got through it, but without help from King support. I just kept trying and trying. I saved Daily Challenge rewards and daily contests rewards until I could buy rewards to get the yellow blocks. Good luck. It took 4 days.
I’ve been stuck on this level for 5 days! So annoying. I’ve done an update. Logged in and out. It’s impossible because not enough moves and hardly any yellow bricks show.

I have to say it is very difficult but I have just completed it without using any boosters.

I just got it. I don't know what I did different but it gave me enough yellow blocks.
I sent a help message. Their response was to update my game, done and restart my tablet, done. Still not enough yellow. Sounds like they don't think theirs an issue. I diagree.
