On my last two levels where I was working on getting a mystery building, nothing appeared when I completed the levels. I believe it was level 45 and 47. Do we no longer get to place buildings going forward from these levels?

Hi the missing special buildings is a known problem with this Petopia. It is being looked into.
I also didn't get the mystery building on levels 38 and 41. This is not the first time this has happened on one of the Petopia events.
